Deposits

The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a rescheduled date within 6 months, subject to availability.

Cancellations by the customer

• 14+ days before the event: full refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
• 7–13 days before: 50% refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
• Less than 7 days: no refund; balance still due if performance was scheduled.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule allowed with 7+ days notice, subject to calendar availability.

Cancellations by KL Parties

If we must cancel (illness, emergency, severe weather affecting safety), you receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.

Weather

Outdoor events require a covered plan B. Rescheduling is free when the National Weather Service issues a severe weather advisory.

Email hello@klparties.com with your booking reference. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
