By booking with KL Parties you agree to the following terms.

Booking & deposit

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date and character. The remaining balance is due the day of the event, before performance begins.

Behavior & safety

A responsible adult must be present at all times. Performers reserve the right to end an event without refund in cases of unsafe conditions, harassment or disrespect toward staff.

Character likeness

KL Parties provides original character-inspired performances. We are not affiliated with or licensed by any copyright holder.

Media release

Photos and video taken by our staff may be used for marketing purposes. Notify us in advance if you prefer otherwise.

Liability

KL Parties is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to your event.
